- You are a registered Non Profit Organization either in Israel or Abroad, and you can prove this by producing the documentation
- Your first Post into the NPO Board is the name, description and purpose of your NPO - including contact information which means email and phones and hopefully your web site URL.
- Registration must be done by someone authorized to do it by the NPO.
- I would strongly suggest in your profile, you place a picture of the logo of your NPO. (Instructions on how to do this can be found on our FAQ at www.virginisrael.com/Israel_Business_Board/board_faq.html)
- If you are an NPO you are welcome to email me your logo, I will put it up in a protected directory where the pictures are stored for the board, and then will send you the correct URL to place in your Profile. (ONLY FOR NPO's or Forums - not for individuals!!!)
- If you wish to post an event, a lecture or some other activity, by all means do so AFTER you posted the above information in a separate thread. Your activity can then be posted as a continuation to your original information posting, or as a new thread.
- Under no conditions will a private business be allowed into the NPO board. In such a case you will receive a warning email from the moderator, and be given 24 hours to either move it or delete it. If this is not done, the advert will be deleted by the Moderator(s).
- Please do not disguise a Political Organization as an NPO. It will just be deleted.
- If you are a religious organization, either right or left, ultra-orthodox or reform, you MAY place your information here. However, do not, I repeat do not, place a political message in your NPO posting. It will be deleted immediately. Last time I checked God was a-political.
- Missionary Organizations can go find somewhere else to advertise.
- Please do not email or message me with arguments about these rules. They are there for a reason and will stay in place. I can be incredibly stubborn.
- Can everyone who reads this tell how much I hate politics?
